The blocks, massive, outsize buildings, overlay the road on one side : the road is no more a topping, it becomes part of the sandwich. While the blocks take root, expand, spread to the surrounding buildings on the other side, the top of the block buildings defines a new ground for an enlarged public space.

The sports center offers a wide range of activities. The north-western building takes advantage of its exposure to the sunlight to host an olympic size swimming pool, a fitness center, and an outdoor balcony. Also in a cooled block we find an ice rink and an overlooking ice skating rink, allowing endless glances at the city landscape.

Finally, in the last two buildings, a multitude of collective sports are offered, for the training of professionals as well as amateurs, looking for an emotional release after a hard day of work.

Under the blocks, the fragmented land creates a raised interface occupied by a shopping center. The access to the metro happens through the descent within the different layers of the project.
